20 year old actress Lindsay Lohan was involved in a accident early Saturday morning (5/26/2007) where she wrecked her Mercedes SL65 convertible where she was taken to the hospital. She was later arrested for DUI in California and other felony charges. Since she is under 21 and California has a zero tolerance policy for underage drinking and driving, she was charged with a minor under the influence, a misdemeanor charge in California.
Lohan had been going from clubs to private parties throughout Friday night and early Saturday morning. At times her bodyguard was driving for her.
Lohan is due to be arraigned August 24,2007.
