I have stats for my site using AWSTATs and I’m also using HitsLink.
No you don’t need to do that yourself, but since I’m an SEO guy I’m always
testing out different tools. The problem with AWSTATS and HitsLink is you
cannot really tell exactly how may subscribers you have ONLY for your RSS
feeds. You just have figures for unique visitors, visits and page views
– which is fine for general website metrics.
