You can find the full press release of Adobe to Acquire Omniture at Adobe’s web site. It looks like Adobe is acquiring all of the outstanding common stock of Omniture for $21.50 per share in cash.
As a current customer of Omniture I hope this allows them to speed up their turn around problems on customer issues. My last two problems have taken over a month each to get fixed.
