My Loving Wife, Sharon Parish

This is difficult for me to write yet I think it's important.  I know there are hundreds of subscribers and readers of this blog and, when I don't write, folks check in. Yes, something has occurred.

Last Tuesday my wife and I were at a Gold's Gym, and at the end of her workout Sharon collapsed from a serious heart event. She is in an intensive care unit and still in a coma, not able to respond to us - now five days later.

Many amazing relatives and friends have stood by her bedside every day, 24 hours a day.

Last week we celebrated our 18th wedding anniversary and it seemed that all was well.

Sharon Parish is a friend, my wife, a mother, and a senior trainer and contributor for the More To Life organization. Her dedication to training and helping people in the human development area has brought her hundreds of friends all over the world over a period of nearly 20 years.

I decided to lessen the burden of communicating with such an amazing group of friends and relatives by using a blog just for her.  It's unusual, yet it works for now. It was a test at first, but based on the personal feedback I've received these last few days, it's been extremely helpful to folks around the world. Part of me is real shaky about even doing this and, it's important to me that people who love and care about Sharon have a central place to bring all their energy and love.  In hopes that part of her brain is able to understand, we are reading the comments to her each day, and I've recorded dozens of audio messages for her to hear.
