This folder contains a sample room entrance page that you can modify for your own use.

Included files: 1. index.htm : conference room login / launch page 2. logo.htm : logo to be displayed by application 3. ivsetup3.cab : ActiveX installation program 4. ivocalizeClient3.exe : standard installation program 5. readme.txt : this file

Steps to follow:

1. Edit index.htm and find the section marked TODO: There you will enter the actual values for your server address, port and room name
2. Edit the file logo.htm and enter your company name or graphic in place of "Your Logo"
3. Test the file by double clicking index.htm and logging into your conference room. If login fails, then check the values for server, port and room, or check the user name and password that you supplied, then try again.
4. Upload the entire "entrance" folder to your web server. Login via your website at http://yoursite.com/entrance/
