I bought the G1 in October of 2008, but I must say that I was a little disappointed at first. Once I was able to download 1.6 to the G1 the phone ran much better. My only complaints still with the G1 was the battery life and lack of support for Microsoft Exchange e-mail. If the G1 gets 2.x then the Microsoft Exchange e-mail won’t be an issue anymore.
It looks like that all of these issues have been taken care of in the Nexus One. One of the members on my Google team has one and he said it was a great phone and that’s coming from an iPhone user.
The Nexus One should be here tomorrow. I’m looking forward to it.
